    Member of the Roman Catholic Church for at least 3 years
  • AGE

    AGE

    A candidate must be between 18-50
  • MARITAL STATUS

    MARITAL STATUS

    Single, widower, or divorced with declaration of nullity
  • RESIDENCY

    RESIDENCY

    Minimum 1 year residence in the Diocese of Nashville
  • EDUCATION

    EDUCATION

    High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • HEALTH

    HEALTH

    Good physical and mental health required and certified by healthcare professionals
  • SPIRITUALITY

    SPIRITUALITY

    1. Well catechized person
    2. Prays daily
    3. Belongs to a parish
    4. Participates at least weekly in the Sunday Eucharist
    5. Regular reception of the Sacrament of Penance
  • INTENTION

    INTENTION

    1. Fundamental sense of the Church's mission and a generous willingness and enthusiasm to promote it
    2. Sensitivity to the needs of others and a desire to respond to them
    3. Willingness to initiate action and assume a position of leadership for the good of individuals and communities
